Lorena has been in private practice in Corvallis since 2004.  She specializes in family law, victims' rights, and children's issues.  She is the 2006 recipient of the Mary Zelinka Advocate for Social Justice Award for her dedication to stopping domestic and sexual violence.  She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Center Against Rape and Domestic Violence, having served as the agency's President, Treasurer, and as Chair of many committees since 2000.

Lorena graduated magna cum laude from the University of Colorado, Boulder, with a degree in Philosophy.  She obtained her law degree from the UCLA School of Law in 1997.  During law school, she interned at the Los Angeles District Attorney's office in the Hard Core Gang Unit and worked at Protection and Advocacy, Inc. as a law clerk representing children and young adults with disabilities in administrative hearings, as well as providing litigation support on individual and class action law suits.

In 1997, Lorena was hired by Oregon Legal Services, which is now known as Legal Aid Services of Oregon (LASO), as an AmeriCorps attorney.  Stationed in Ontario, Oregon, she spent a year representing low-income survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking.  In 1998, she was hired as a Staff Attorney for the Albany Regional Office of LASO.  For the next six years, she represented low-income clients in a variety of areas, including family law, special education, and administrative hearings.  She represented clients at hundreds of hearings and trials and handled many appeals on impact cases.  She also worked on legislative committees and statewide task forces, representing the interests of impoverished Oregonians and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking.

In private practice her cases focus on family law, probate, and estate planning. She is a trained mediator and has served on the Linn County Arbitration Panel since 2004.

Angelina

Angelina is our Office Manager; responsible for our front desk, filing system, and calendaring. She has worked with Lorena since 2005.  Angelina has a degree from Linn-Benton Community College in Legal Administrative Assistance.

Liz

liz

Liz graduated in 1986 from the University of California at San Diego, and then from the University of Oregon Law School in Eugene in 1990. During law school she worked for the Lane County District Attorney's Office where she tried several jury and bench trials. She was an Assistant District Attorney in Benton County beginning in October of 1990 where she prosecuted the full spectrum of misdemeanor and felony criminal cases, including many domestic violence and sexual abuse cases. She also represented the DA's Office on the Benton County Family Violence Council between 1997-2000, working to create a comprehensive response to domestic and family violence in the County.

In 2003 Liz began prosecuting for the City of Eugene City Prosecutor doing misdemeanor prosecutions and appeals. She continues to work part-time in that capacity while expanding her practice into Family Law with The Reynolds Law Firm. She joined the firm in March 2009. Liz brings to the Firm extensive litigation experience that includes working closely with victims of crime, law enforcement, and the Courts.

Sarah joined the Reynolds team as a paralegal in October 2009. She brings to our firm 28 years of experience in family law. Sarah grew up in Eugene and attended Lane Community College. Sarah enjoys golf, walking and gardening.
