Since 1989, Bob’s practice has always focused on litigation. He has been a trial lawyer in cases in a wide variety of areas, including construction defect, personal injury, real estate, estates and trusts, business break ups and overreaching, breach of contract, landlord tenant, securities law, and unfair business practices.
Bob earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Physics from the University of Missouri before graduating with his law degree. He practiced in Missouri for 10 years, helping clients navigate the legal obstacles they encountered. Bob then moved to Texas, working primarily as a defense attorney while he was a partner at Strasburger & Price. He left that firm in 2010 to open his own practice working primarily on behalf of plaintiffs.
Bob's long-time dream of living in the Pacific NW was fulfilled when he moved to Washington in 2019 and then to Corvallis.
Bob spends his free time with friends and family. He is an avid bridge player and loves sports of all kinds. His first love was reading and he loves to read and talk about books.
