Emma grew up in Yakima, Washington and completed their Associate of Arts degree at Yakima Valley Community College while in high school. They then went on to Western Oregon University to obtain a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. Emma liked Oregon so much, they decided to make it their permanent home! After completing law school at Willamette University, they moved to Corvallis to work at the Reynolds Law Firm with an amazing group of people.
During law school, Emma worked in the Trusts and Estates clinic with indigent clients to plan for minor children, pets, and incapacity. Emma also worked with the Oregon DOJ in Civil Recovery. During their time at the DOJ, they collaborated with an experienced multistate team of litigators on both State and Federal antitrust matters. They are passionate about working toward large societal change that functions for the care and wellbeing of all.
Emma’s practice focuses the interconnected areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, business law, social justice issues, and non-profit law.
Emma enjoys being outdoors, most sports, playing with their dog Yogi, spending time with friends and loved ones, cooking, crafting, and games of almost any variety.
Emma is extremely COVID-19 risk adverse and still masks in all indoor settings, both in their professional and private life. They expect that clients also continue to mask in any in person meetings, so as to minimize the risk and spread of COVID-19 to the community.
