"Nothing’s holier than work to one Manhattan boss, who refused to let an employee have time off for church, according to a lawsuit.
Jane Friedman, who runs the Gerald and Dorothy Friedman Foundation, would not give longtime driver Pedro Quezada Sundays off “so that he could attend Catholic Mass with his family,” Quezada claims in a Manhattan Supreme Court legal filing.
Even one of the holiest Catholic days of the year wasn’t sacred enough for Friedman, Quezada alleges."
