TRLF Introductions: Attorney Marie Loiseau

Introducing attorney Marie Loiseau! Marie joined The Reynolds Law Firm in November 2019. Her current practice focuses on non-profit law, business, landlord-tenant law, estate administration, guardianships and conservatorships, and litigation matters.




Marie was born and raised in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia, PA where she earned a full-tuition academic scholarship. During law school, Marie served as Staff Editor on the Temple Law Review. The article she drafted during that time, “Revived Authority In Article I, Section 27 Of The Pennsylvania Constitution: The Commonwealth’s New Affirmative Duty To Protect The Atmosphere” was selected for publication and appeared in The Temple Law Review, Vol. 91.

Marie garnered experience working with various environmental groups including the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, the Southern Environmental Law Center, and the Delaware Riverkeeper Network. She interned with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and the Honorable Leonard G. Brown III., in the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas. She then traveled to Charleston, SC where she worked with Charleston Pro Bono Services, providing civil services for low-income clients in Charleston County.

When Marie’s not working, she serves on the Steering Committee of the Corvallis Sustainability Coalition and on the Heartland Humane Society Board of Directors. In her free time, Marie loves reading, hiking, exploring the coast, and taking road trips with her rescue dog, Sydney.
