Rance Shaw joined The Reynolds Law Firm in 2016. His practice focuses on business law, landlord-tenant law, real estate law, construction law, probate, guardianships and conservatorships, and general civil litigation.
Rance has become involved in several areas of the community. He is a Board Member for the Boys & Girls Club of Corvallis, a Rotarian, and a participant in the 2017-2018 Leadership Corvallis program. Rance educates community members on landlord-tenant matters as part of the Rental Property Management Group, which holds meetings on the last Tuesday of each month at the Corvallis Elk’s Lodge from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Before joining The Reynolds Law Firm, Rance attended the University of Oregon School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate with a certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law. He was a Bowerman Fellow and an Environmental and Natural Resources Law Fellow. He graduated from Boise State University cum laude with a BS in Chemistry, American Chemical Society Certified Biochemistry Emphasis.
Rance enjoys hiking, camping, woodworking, paddle boarding, playing guitar, and spending time with his wife and rabbits, Herbie and Ruth Bader Ginsbun.
