Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation

The Reynolds Law Firm, PC is seeking an associate attorney to practice primarily as a litigator in the areas of civil litigation, business law, real estate, construction law, landlord/tenant law, and trust/probate litigation. While the position focuses on litigation, it will also involve transactional work in the above areas, as well as non-litigation estate administration (probate and trust administration).

The ideal candidate must:

1. Work well both independently and as a member of a team;

2. Be prepared to handle a full case load with in-house mentorship and case support;

3. Be willing to relocate to the Corvallis area in the near future;

4. Follow strict COVID-19 protocols drafted in accordance with State, CDC, and OSHA guidelines;

5. Be a member of the Oregon State Bar.

Salary is dependent upon experience and workload. Two years’ (or more) experience preferred. Compensation includes a robust benefits package, as well as a 10% pro bono billable time allowance for work devoted to board service and community engagement.
